Oxium
Oxium is an addictive substance that looks like plastic beads or masterbatch and functions to degrade plastic through oxidation and biodegradation processes. Oxium is made from natural mineral materials (non-heavy metal) that are safe not only for the environment but also for direct contact with food (food grade). It is used in small doses, only 1 – 10%, so it does not alter the strong properties and good oxygen barrier of the plastic. Oxium accelerates the degradation of plastic, which originally takes 500 – 1000 years to break down, to just 2 – 5 years. Oxium has been proven through international standard testing, such as ASTM D6954-04: “Standard Guide for Exposing and Testing Plastics that Degrade in the Environment by a Combination of Oxidation and Degradation.”

Contact UsEcoplas
Ecoplas is a bioplastic made from cassava starch that easily decomposes when consumed by microbes. It can be broken down by soil microbes’ activity. Ecoplas can decompose within 6 – 12 months, depending on the microbial population; in certain conditions, it can break down even faster, within 3 months. Ecoplas has undergone various tests and has received certifications on both national and international scales, such as the Din Certco ASTM 6866 Bio-Based Certificate, ASTM G21-13 (testing microbial growth on bio-based materials), Food Safety and Migration Test from BPOM (Indonesia), FDA (American & Japanese standards), pending American patent, Singapore patent, recycling tests, ROHS, Azodyes test, and IN-VIVO tests for animal consumption safety (if accidentally ingested). Ecoplas is a bioplastic not designed to dissolve in water. Currently, Ecoplas is widely used for shopping bags, garbage bags, straws, etc. It is a strong, flexible, waterproof/vapor-proof, heat-resistant, and reusable packaging material.

Contact UsNaturloop
Naturloop is made from natural plant-based materials native to Indonesia, sourced directly from farmer cooperatives. Naturloop can be composted within just 12 weeks in both household and industrial composting facilities. It is a compostable plastic that is safe for aquatic environments such as oceans, rivers, and lakes. Naturloop can decompose in soil, waste disposal sites, and water. Biodegradation tests in open aquatic environments have shown that Naturloop breaks down in approximately 4 – 6 weeks. Naturloop cannot dissolve in water but can only decompose. It has certifications from various tests, including:
- Biobased Content based on ASTM D6866 method from Din Certco, Germany.
- Home Compostable (ISO 20200, EN 13432, ISO 14855) from Din Certco, Germany, and PPBBI, Bogor.
- ASTM D 6400.
- Industrial Compostable (ISO 20200, EN 13432) from Din Certco, Germany.
- Testing in open environments: rivers, lakes, and oceans. – Test Burial Internal.
Naturloop has the right to display the ‘home compostable’ label from ABA Home Compostable and Din Certco. It also has the right to display the ‘Industrial Compostable’ label from Seedling, BPI, and ABA. Naturloop can be used for food packaging but not for beverages.
